"SPECIAL CATEGORY RESTORATION SAMPLE"
It's hard to place a photo like stillborn, baby Tyler's into the restored categories, because it doesn't fall into the usual discriptions of the categories. There are no flaws on the photo itself. But the bruising and swelling on complex areas like the face require restoration techniques such as extensive color and pixel replacement which had to be done without comprimising the the baby's natural features which make it a rather complex restoration. With such a photo I would have to judge each one individually by the extent of work necessary to achieve the desired results. I decided to place Tyler's in the INTERMEDIATE category range.

Tyler's original photo was wallet sized. After extensive restoration the 8x10 printable quality image on the right was achieved.
